Recurring service is one price a month, billed monthly on autopay with a card on file. Every price on this page is before sales tax. No contract.

Every price is plus sales tax. The estimate on the quote form is before tax too.

Commercial work is quoted after we look at the property. These are starting points.

Policies
The fine print, in plain words
- No contracts. Cancel with 7 days' notice.
- Pause for free for up to 4 weeks a year.
- Rain moves your visit to the next business day. Holidays shift it by a day.
- If your dog is out and can't be secured, we message you and wait 5 minutes. If the dog still can't be secured, the visit is skipped and charged.
- Billing is monthly, on autopay, with a card on file. Prices are plus sales tax.
- Waste is double-bagged and goes in your trash bin, unless you choose haul-away.
After every visit you get a photo of your latched gate and a "we're done" message.
