Questions people ask
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There's no contract. Service runs month to month, and you can cancel with 7 days' notice.
How does billing work?
Recurring service is priced per month and billed monthly on autopay, with a card on file. Prices are plus sales tax.
Is the first cleanup really free?
Yes, when you start recurring service and the yard has up to 2 weeks of buildup. If it's been longer than that, the first cleanup is $49. After that you pay your regular monthly price.
How will I know you came?
After every visit we take a photo of your latched gate and send you a "we're done" message.
What do you do with the waste?
We double-bag it and put it in your trash bin. If you'd rather it leave with us, add haul-away for $15 a month.
Do you clean your tools between yards?
Yes. Parvo can spread from yard to yard, so our tools are disinfected between every yard.
What if my dog is out in the yard?
If your dog is out and we can't secure it, we message you and wait 5 minutes. If the dog still can't be secured, we skip that visit and it is still charged.
What happens when it rains, or on a holiday?
Rain moves your visit to the next business day. Holidays shift your visit by a day.
Can I pause service?
Yes. You can pause for free for up to 4 weeks a year, for a trip or anything else.

Homes in Montgomery, Conroe, Willis, Huntsville and The Woodlands, the Lake Conroe area, and the areas around them, north of Houston.
Do you work for HOAs, apartments or dog daycares?
Yes. Commercial work is quoted after we look at the property. Pick "Commercial" on the quote form and tell us about the site.
